FGM Series Plenum-pulse Bag Filter integrates advantages of split-chamber backflow dust collector and jet-pulse dust collector. It is designed with a big unit air flow and can work efficiently. It can be used directly for highly dense gas up to 1300g/Nm3, and the density drops to lower than 30g/Nm3 after treatment. Different filter materials are used, depending on different working conditions. FGM Series Plenum-pulse Bag Filter can be divided into more than 10 models from series 32 to series 192. Maximum capacity can be up to 1000000m3/h. When filmed filter bags are taken into use and system resistance is lower than 1700 Pa, it can meet higher discharge standards. With high-quality pulse valve (more than 1 million times guarantee) and high tech PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) adopted, the whole process is convenient and the maintenance is simple.

KDMC Series Low-resistance Bag Filter for GGBS Grinding System is designed to satisfy the characteristics of the slag powder (high moisture, high concentration, fine dust particle, dust hard to be peeled). Armed with two patent technologies (patent number: 200710019735.9 and 200710020183.3), it can maximize dust inertia settlement, reduce load of dust, improve cleaning efficiency, reduce adsorption capacity of filter dust and reduce resistance of bag dust. Electrostatic Fabric Filter is new dedusting equipment with high efficiency which combines two different mechanisms and has advantages of both kinds. When the dusty gas goes through the electric field, most of the dust in the flue gas is collected, reducing the load of the bag. Due to the electrostatic interaction, the remaining dust going into the bag filter forms a loose dust layer on the surface of the bag and thus filtration resistance decreases. Compared with simple electrostatic precipitators, the Electrostatic Fabric Filter is more adaptable to different specific resistance of the dusty gas and the efficiency is no longer affected by change in specific resistance.
