
Electrostatic Fabric Filter
Electrostatic Fabric Filter is new dedusting equipment with high efficiency which combines two different mechanisms and has advantages of both kinds. When the dusty gas goes through the electric field, most of the dust in the flue gas is collected, reducing the load of the bag. Due to the electrostatic interaction, the remaining dust going into the bag filter forms a loose dust layer on the surface of the bag and thus filtration resistance decreases. Compared with simple electrostatic precipitators, the Electrostatic Fabric Filter is more adaptable to different specific resistance of the dusty gas and the efficiency is no longer affected by change in specific resistance.

Characteristics of Electrostatic Fabric Filter:
1. Around 70%~80% of the dust has been collected in the electric field area and thus the amount of dust in the bag filter section is dramatically reduced. Since the bag load is reduced, cleaning frequency of bags is significantly decreased and service lives of bags and jet pulse valves are accordingly extended.
2. Since dust is charged in the electric field, it accumulates regularly when it goes into the bag and its layer is loose. Therefore the system resistance becomes less and dust cleaning becomes easier. Dust with the same charge opposes each other, and thus the aerosol effect is strengthened, and accordingly dust concentration tends to be similar. Static condensation makes small particles become big ones, which reduces PM2.5 particulate emissions. Therefore, dedusting efficiency is improved and it is easy to maintain emission concentration below 30mg/N m3.
