In view of the characteristics of cement kiln flue gas, our company jointly with professional catalyst manufacturers to develop wide temperature and high efficiency ( KGC ) catalytic denitrification technology for the cement industry, optimizing the catalyst structure arrangement to achieve one kiln one strategy : ( high temperature and high dust, high temperature and medium dust, medium temperature and medium dust three options are available )
(1) Wide temperature : 200-350℃ , fully meeting the temperature requirements and working conditions of cement plants.
(2) High efficiency : Denitrification efficiency up to 93%, dust content within 120g, SCR system can operate stably.
(3) Up to standard : NOx<45mg/Nm³; ammonia injection<2.5kg/ton clinker ; ammonia escape : 1~4mg/Nm³.
