Recently, Beijing Zhongjing Kehuan Quality Certification Co., Ltd. supervised and reviewed the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO1400 environmental management system and ISO45,001 occupational health and safety management system of Hefei Zhongya Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. After strict inspection by the audit team, Hefei Central Asia Environmental Protection Company successfully passed the audit.

The management system audit takes three years as a cycle. The first year is the recertification audit, and the second and third years are the supervision audit. This is the second year of a new cycle, which belongs to the supervision audit. Compared with the first year of the new cycle, the audit content will be more comprehensive and the audit requirements will be more strict. Strengthen the compliance of process approval and the standardization of document management, and use OA online approval for personnel management, procurement management, contract review, on-site supplement, etc. to make the corresponding management work more transparent and standardized. The development process of new product SCR desulfurization and denitrification is also strictly in accordance with the requirements of the management system, from market research, project bidding, project process management, to drawing and process review, product review, customer on-site commissioning, project completion acceptance review, etc. The quality and production plan management is managed by the OA system of the Institute, which improves the work efficiency. The quality management has a complete process, operation instructions and standardized records from the aspects of incoming inspection, process inspection and factory inspection, management of nonconforming products, management of measuring instruments, quality improvement and promotion, etc. The product qualification rate and customer satisfaction have also increased year by year; The environmental management shall be improved in terms of waste gas detection, solid waste treatment, sewage treatment, etc. according to the requirements of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone Ecological Environment Bureau and the requirements of the environmental management system; Occupational health shall also complete the corresponding work according to the requirements of ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system in terms of health training, employee occupational disease physical examination, monthly distribution of labor protection appliances and account registration as required.
