Sinoma Hengda Cement SCR Denitration Technical Transformation Project was successfully started

On December 5, as the first line rotary kiln of Sinoma Hengda Cement Co., Ltd. stopped slowly, the "NOx ultra-low emission transformation project of the first line kiln tail of Sinoma Hengda Cement Co., Ltd." undertaken by our institute officially started!
The project adopts the process of "precision SNCR+medium temperature SCR", spray the atomized reducing agent (NH3) into the high temperature area (above 850 ℃), and then enter the SCR reactor after the primary denitration of the preheater. The reactor is arranged between the high-temperature fan and the deduster at the kiln tail. The flue gas adopts the form of "up in and down out". After catalyst reduction, it is discharged up to standard.
As the first set of projects in Guangdong, the company leaders attach great importance to and organize progress meetings, listen to the report of the Project Department, and emphasize "safety, quality and promotion". The Project Department shall organize safety and technical disclosure according to the spirit of the meeting, and scientifically formulate the construction schedule according to the contract duration. It is expected that the installation and commissioning will be completed by the end of April 2023.
After the completion of the project, it can effectively reduce dust and nitrogen oxide emissions, reduce ammonia consumption, reduce environmental pollution in the region, and achieve win-win economic and environmental benefits, which is of great significance for the sustainable development of the region.
