The Technology Department of Central Asia Environmental Protection Company recently organized employees to visit the installation site of the project. The purpose of this visit is to continue to promote the unity of knowledge and practice, and help the staff of the Technology Department to have a more intuitive understanding of the process flow, key technologies and on-site construction management of environmental protection and dust removal equipment.

A good design cannot be achieved overnight. It needs to be improved and optimized on the basis of theoretical design and fully combined with practice, so that the designed product can gradually approach perfection. To observe and study on the site of the landmark project can improve the vision of technicians and is conducive to improving the practicality of design. The project management personnel "taught" in person, so that the designers really experienced the "unity of knowledge and practice". These valuable experiences lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the practical technical problems they may encounter in the future.

For the problems fed back from the installation site, the technical department personnel will carry out on-site Q&A. In view of the problems existing in the equipment installation process, the technical department personnel also fully understood and sorted out the problems; Where the subsequent design could be further optimized, the staff of the Technology Department also consulted with the project manager and carefully recorded.

This on-site learning exchange not only enhanced the sense of honor of the employees, but also enabled them to learn from the advanced on-site experience, which is of great help to complement their own weaknesses and improve their ability to deal with and analyze comprehensive problems.
