With the promotion of the project of Hefei Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, the intelligent standardized design and processing of the dust collector of Hefei Central Asia Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is also in progress. In order to promote the smooth progress of the work, at the beginning of 2022, the Technology Department carried out the standardized design of the dust collector, and carried out the first standardized design and processing technology exchange with the processing plant in June 2022. With the full cooperation of the Technology Department and the processing plant, the current work has made phased progress. In order to further promote the work, on the morning of December 8, 2022, the Technology Department and the processing plant held a symposium on intelligent standardized design and processing of dust collectors in the conference room on the second floor of the Cement Research Institute Industrial Park.
The meeting was carried out orderly under the auspices of Xie Jie, Deputy General Manager of the Company. Mr. Xie first proposed the theme ideas of standardized selection of dust collector design, standardized materials, standard parts processing and standby, which were discussed by the processing plant and the technology department. Liu Yawei from the Technology Department first introduced the standardization degree of the current dust collector design, put forward the optimization design schemes for equipment disassembly, material use, structural layout, etc., and clarified the feasibility of the optimization scheme from the perspective of processing. The processing plant affirmed the standardized drawings currently provided by the Technology Department, and the factory director Hu Zezhong further proposed that the standardized design of the dust collector can be started from the stage of model selection and information submission. If conditions permit, the same type of dust collector can control its dimensions unchanged, which is convenient for processing and material preparation. Zhou Jun proposed that the size of purchased raw materials should be considered as much as possible when designing materials, and the design should be optimized on the premise of ensuring the design strength to save materials. Korn Ferry and Hu Donghe mainly started from the functions and characteristics of the robot welding arm, and put forward suggestions for improving the design materials and parts segmentation. Liao Yuyun, the head of the Technology Department, added that for the design of some standard parts, to form a standardized atlas can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of subsequent drawing; In order to comprehensively coordinate the standardized processing work and facilitate the issuance of blanking drawings, Director Liao discussed with the processing plant about the drawing standard of the processing drawings and the subsequent outsourcing work. Xie concluded that the design of dust collectors can be divided into main categories according to their withstand voltage conditions, and the size and materials of the same category can be adjusted uniformly to greatly improve the degree of standardization; At the same time, combined with engineering examples and robot welding conditions, a specific plan for optimizing the material use is proposed, which further clarifies the key points of intelligent standardized design and processing of the dust collector.
Under the guidance of the company's leaders and the comprehensive cooperation between the Technology Department and the processing plant, the technical exchange was a complete success.
