In order to welcome the "Twentieth National Congress", strengthen cultural communication among employees, and promote the harmonious and healthy development of the enterprise, the 2022 Men's Basketball Competition for College Employees organized by Hefei Institute officially kicked off on September 19. The basketball match lasted for five days. There were eight teams, including the organ thermal engineering team, the engineering design company team, the Gutai company team, the steel structure company team, the mechanical and electrical company team, the equipment company team, the Central Asia Environmental Protection company team, and the powder company team. Nearly 120 players participated.
On the field, the members of Central Asia Environmental Protection Company gave full play to their professional qualities of organization and discipline, being calm and cooperative in case of problems. From the preliminary stage to the knockout stage, we broke through many challenges. As the competition heated up, wonderful moments such as back passing, mid court steals and single shot breakthroughs took turns. Flexible dribbling, clever passing, gorgeous turns, wonderful shooting and perfect cooperation won cheers off the court every game.

After five days of fierce competition, the environmental protection team and the equipment company team finally started the final third place competition at 4:50 p.m. on the 23rd. Although we are close colleagues off the court, we fight with each other on the court and never miss any chance to score. Encouraged by the expectant eyes and the cries of friendship, after 60 minutes of hard fighting, the team finally defeated the equipment company team at 40:32 and won the third place of the game. Luo Chanjuan, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union and Minister of the Party Mass Department, awarded the honorary certificate to the environmental protection team.

The basketball game not only enriched the staff's amateur sports life, but also aroused the enthusiasm and confidence of the staff to participate in sports. It reflects the corporate spirit that our company has always advocated to focus on training the comprehensive quality of employees, and at the same time, it strengthens the in-depth implementation of the corporate culture, enhances the friendship between employees, and cultivates the spirit of solidarity and cooperation. The game achieved the expected effect, and at the same time, with the unique charm of basketball, it also showed us the youthful atmosphere of environmental protection employees. In the future, the company will continue to focus on enriching the cultural and sports life of employees, and from the perspective of promoting the physical and mental health of employees, hold more and better colorful cultural and sports activities to enrich our corporate culture construction and promote the vigorous and rapid development of the enterprise.
